Musical Colors – Return & Refund Policy
How we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for your orders.
We promise to deliver the best quality custom products to you in a timely manner. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our products and their durability.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know. We truly appreciate feedback from our customers and we’re always striving to improve.
What Is Covered Under Our Policy?
Our policy covers the aspects of our business that we have direct control over and does not cover the actions of third parties.
Under this policy, we guarantee:
- To deliver high-quality products at our existing material and manufacturing limits
- To deliver the product you ordered and in the quantity you ordered
- To deliver the products you ordered in a timely manner
Our policy does not include:
- Delivery times (as these are fulfilled by a courier). We can only provide an estimated delivery date, which is an indication, not a guarantee.
- Delivery if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
- A delivery that is refused by the recipient or if multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully.
- Delays or damages that occur in transit.
Our Refund Policy
We will not reimburse you for lost or stolen packages that have valid Proof of Delivery.
If your order has arrived damaged, we will replace it. We require a photo to clarify the condition of your order before processing a replacement.
If the quality of the products you received is not satisfactory, we will refund you the full amount as long as the items (including stickers) are not used and are in their original condition.
We will not issue a refund for:
- Normal wear and tear of any stickers
- Damage due to improper installation
- Damage or corruption of what are otherwise one-time-use stickers
We require a photo to clarify any issues with your order and may also ask that you ship back the products to us. Musical Colors does not reimburse for return shipping costs on the products being returned.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work hard to respond to your requests within 3 business days and we will do everything we can to assist you.
What Is a Full Refund?
Musical Colors will refund up to the full amount that was paid by the customer on any single order, subject to the conditions stated above.
Products purchased through third parties (e.g., Amazon or retail stores) cannot be refunded directly by Musical Colors. Please contact the appropriate third party for a resolution for those purchases.
